Horseback Riding and Trail Riding Experience Are you visiting from out of town and looking for something different to do? Do you know a special child that you would like to give a great gift? Our horseback riding and trail riding experiences aren't just about riding. You'll learn some of the lessons taught in our Horses Heal program about respect, communication and teamwork. You'll learn to groom a horse, how to saddle, then ride. During both programs you will learn to groom and saddle your horse. You'll learn to mount, start, stop and turn your horse. You'll ride your horse for 30-40 minutes in the arena during our horseback riding experience. For the trail ride experience, we'll hit the trail for a 1 1/2 hour ride. The horseback riding experience is $45 and the trail ride experience is $65. For children under six, we offer mini-trail rides. Horses are hand-led around the ranch for 20 minutes for $25.

Horsemanship Classes Our horsemanship classes are much more than riding lessons. You'll learn the fundamentals of horsemanship including care of the horse, tack, ground work and a wide range of riding skills. We welcome all ages of riders and specialize in beginners. Our wonderful lesson horses will not only teach you how to ride but help teach you some of life's most important lessons: confidence, leadership, responsibility, trust, respect and teamwork. A private, one-hour lesson is $45. A package of 10 lessons is $405. Youth group lessons are $25 with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 riders. Youth group lessons are available on Wednesdays at 5 PM or Fridays at 4 PM. Pre-registration is required.

Birthday Parties Come celebrate your special day at the ranch playing cowboy games and riding horses. We'll provide two hours of entertainment then you can open presents, have your cake or even have a barbecue in our party circle.

Trail Ride Summer Camp Our two-day summer trail ride camps are filled with fun horse activities. You'll learn to groom, saddle, ride and bathe horses. We'll do horse crafts that you'll be proud to show your family and friends. On the second day of camp, we'll take a trail ride on the riverbed where you'll learn about our local and migrating birds. Camp is on Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM to 3 PM each day and includes drinks and snacks (bring a sack lunch) for just $200. Space is very limited, so sign up early! Available dates: June 23 & 24 | July 7 & 8 | July 21 & 22 | August 4 & 5 | August 18 & 19 |
